Job Description:
• Manage customer issues taking changing priorities and SLA into consideration.
• Promote detailed communication and sharing of information among overall Technical Support and Engineering Support organizations.
• Develop project proposals.
• Resolve issues in a timely manner.

Desired Profile:
• High IQ level.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• SQL database query experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of customers both technical and non-technical.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time management skills

Desired Qualification : BE / B.Tech / MCA / BSc / Msc (IT)
